Course Description:
Whether historical or intergenerational, trauma shapes how all people experience the world, interact with others, and respond to systems of power. Trauma and Healing is a healing-centered workshop designed to guide leaders through a transformative process of understanding trauma and developing tools to lead with empathy, consciousness, and care.

Facilitated by T4T, this course supports educators, administrators, and community leaders in developing a shared language and framework to recognize how trauma impacts the body, relationships, institutions, and communities.
